QA/QC Introduction

Quality control
1. Procedure one: raw materials checking
All of the materials should be checked by our QA to make sure all of them are in good quality before using on production line, such as the glass sheet. The quality of our products mostly depends on quality of the glass sheet and we buy the glass sheet from Taiwan Glass Ind. Corp which has become the four largest glass sheet suppliers in the world. So our products have stable quality.

We check the paint and other metal fittings (pothook, screw), the polish of the metal fittings should be in good condition for the mirrors and wash basins are used in the bathroom, and they should not have any rust.

2. Procedure two: on line checking
In our production line QC which in different position will check all of the semi-products to make sure all of them go on well.

Mirrors: we will seal the edges of the mirrors to prevent the process that the edges will be blacken.

Art glass: we check them piece by piece , make sure every piece of them are in the right size which our customer order to be; make sure the pictures are complete and the three dimensional effect are strong enough.

Wash basins: we see whether the paint on the basin, cabinet and other parts are good. And they should not have any crack lines.  

3. Procedure three: final product checking
To make sure all of the products are in good quality before shipment our QA will check the Final products again, not only the cosmetic but also the specification and packing. For Specification checking we will use our main tool tape measure to make sure the specification is within 1mm while most of other supplier's specification error is 2mm.

For packing, we will see if the wooden cases are strong enough to use in the inland or sea transportation.
